With a contemporary, flexible warehouse management system (WMS), the company can manage a large amount of items while also digitizing and speeding up their warehouse operations.

Storage Bin Management and Optimization
Stocks are managed at the storage bin level. You may customize these storage containers to meet your specific needs. The system has a map of every storage bin in your warehouse. This allows you to keep track of all stock moves in real time. You can view the exact location of a product in your warehouse. You may also use EWM to improve storage bin management because it automates a substantial part of the product optimization process, ensuring that each product is assigned to the appropriate storage bin based on its size and frequency of use. EWM and inventory management are fully linked. Using physical inventory methods as well as stock entering

Goods Movements
All goods movements that affect the warehouse, such as goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and automatic replenishment, are processed through EWM. Goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, automatic replenishment, management of dangerous goods, layout-oriented and process-oriented storage control, effective work preparation using automatic wave pick creation, resource optimization using rule-based bundling of warehouse tasks, or processing of inventory differences in your warehouse are all examples of these types of movements. EWM optimizes warehouse capacity and material flows by utilizing put away and stock removal procedures that you can tailor to your specific needs, or by utilizing handling units.

Work Center
We can use the work center to create a real warehouse unit that you can use to do warehouse tasks like packing, deconsolidation, weighing, quality inspections, and counting. Each work center can be customized so that each user only sees the fields, data, and tab pages that are relevant to their job.

Planning and Monitoring
EWM provides with a complete picture of all product movements and warehouse inventories. We can use the system to plan, monitor, and optimize work operations. The broad monitoring functions provide with a real-time picture of all warehouse activity. Individual monitors can be used to control the real work in the warehouse.

Warehouse Control
An interface to external systems is also included in EWM (warehouse control units). Using the Application Link Enabling interface (ALE interface) in the warehouse management system, you can combine automated putaway and stock removal systems, as well as forklift control systems, for all stock movements.
